Nice building but n needs to be updated to todays standards
The lobby has about 7 steps. Carrying a suit case and not receiving help from hotel personnel it’s a deal breaker.
No ramps at the lobby for your suitcase in a 4 stars hotel makes me think twice in coming back. Only one employee called Jesus helped me. But that was one day out of 4. The hotel needs to be updated

A group of Bulgarian teachers in the heart of Oviedo, Spain
The hotel is nice. The breakfast is good. It is located in a convenient place.
I recommend they be more flexible and provide packed breakfast to their customers. We had to catch an early flight from Madrid and asked for sandwich packs to be prepared for us in the evening. We thought that since we had made our request 2 days before departure we would be able to have our breakfast. Because even when we were making the reservation separately from it, we requested breakfast. Unfortunately for us, the night before we left the hotel, the reception told us that it is the hotel's policy not to provide this service. We were very disappointed because it was late and the food shops had already closed and we could not prepare our own sandwiches for the trip. I recommend the hotel management to be more flexible.

Affordable nice hotel in the center of Oviedo
The size of the room was great (we were on the seventh floor) and the location is smack in the center of Oviedo. Great value for the price
The check-in and checkout process were quite slow and there was no shampoo in the bathroom (but apparently in other rooms there was).
